Order management

With a traditional customer order system you would be expected to install some piece of software onto your computer. This would store orders as they came in and would allow you to review the position of orders as they progressed to fulfilment.

This approach has certain pitfalls:

  • How easy is the software to install?
  • What does it cost?
  • How can you access the order details from a remote site, such as on the road or at a customer's address?

The CyberShopUK customer admin system is all hosted on our computers - so there is no software to install and learn. Indeed as long as you have your password details, you can review orders from any internet connection around the world.
